Haley Gaia

Hi,My name is Haley. I am a yoga teacher, sound healer, and ceremony facilitator.I hope to open students up to all the joy and love that is contained in their own bodies, their own breath, their own voice. I’ve shared my practices in the jungle, urban yoga studios, on retreats, and much more. My specialties include Vinyasa/Hatha/Yin yoga, sound baths, Kundalini pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. My mission is to guide people to the magic within.
