Fuller has had much success throughout his career both as a professional basketball player and a coach. In his five seasons as a professional basketball player, he racked up more than 1,500 career points and over 550 career assists. Fuller has played professionally for the Giessen Basketball Club in Germany (2014-2015), 9 De Julio in Argentina (2012-2014), BG Illertal Basketball Club in Germany (2011-2012), and Tus Treis Karden in Germany (2010-2011).Throughout his coaching career, Fuller has led his teams to victory and worked to develop his players both on and off the court. At Siena College, he assisted in the development of six Metro Athletic Conference (MAAC) All-Conference selections, highlighted by back-to-back MAAC Players of the Year Jalen Pickett and Manny Camper; and at Mount St. Mary College, he prepared player development strategies for three current professional players — 2017 Northeast Conference (NEC) Player of the Year Junior Robinson (Spain), Greg Alexander (Portugal), and Chris Wray (NBA G League), as well as former Mount player and current Wake Forest player Jonah Antonio.As Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach and Director of Player Development at Siena, Fuller helped guide the team to a 20-10 campaign in 2020, including a perfect 14-0 mark at home, highlighted by a MAAC Regular Season and Tournament Championship, receiving an automatic bid to the 2020 NCAA Tournament, which was canceled due to COVID-19. He also helped lead the program to 17 wins in 2019, tied for most in the MAAC, and the team’s overall nine-win improvement was tied for the 11th best turnaround nationally.As Director of Scouting and Analytics at Mount St. Mary’s, Fuller developed the scouting reports and crunched numbers for the team, which posted an 18-14 overall record, including a tie for second place in the Northeast Conference with a 12-6 league mark. Earlier in his career, Fuller was Assistant Coach for the Albany City Rocks AAU (2016-2017), and Head Boys’ Basketball Coach at Mayfield High School (2015-2016).Fuller was a basketball standout at Broadalbin Perth High School, and went on to play at SUNY Cobleskill from 2006-2008, where he broke school records for career assists (439) and single-game assists (13) and was the only player in school history to sign a Division I Scholarship. He also was an NJCAA Region 3 Champion and Final Four Participant, All-Region 3 Selection, two-time All-Mountain Valley Conference Selection, and Team Most Valuable Player. Fuller then played for Florida International University (NCAA Division I) from 2008-2009 and Molloy College (NCAA Division 2) from 2009-2010, where he led the East Coast Conference in assists per game (6.3), minutes per game (39.3), and points per game in conference play (11.7).Fuller earned an associate degree in Sports Management from SUNY Cobleskill, a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Molloy College and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in sport administration at Southeastern Oklahoma State.
