Lajaras Blissful Journey was founded by cousins Isa and Haydee, two proud New Yorkers with first-generation Dominican roots.As mothers, we understand the importance of showing up for our families, but we also know firsthand the challenges life can throw at us. Through our personal journeys, we discovered the essential role of self-care and learned how crucial it is to manage stress. We both sought different paths to healing: Isa, an inspiring marathon runner, and Haydee, a dedicated yogi.Our shared passion for wellness, combined with the deep bond we’ve always had as cousins, led us to create this space. We wanted a safe, supportive community where women could come together, feel seen, heard, and understood—just as we’ve always done for each other.
