I have been teaching yoga since 2000, as well as providing holistic therapies - Clinical Aromatherapy, Therapeutic Massage, Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki. I have specialised qualifications in Menopause Yoga and Menopause Massage, and I teach Reiki to all 3 levels. I run weekly yoga classes, regular Reiki teaching sessions and workshops on all aspects of health and Wellbeing. A host weekend retreats twice a year in the North Yorkshire Moors. My background is in nursing, where I loved my career for 25 years. My mission is to provide top-quality, affordable sessions to help you achieve the Best Version of You!
