Hi, My name is Sheila Boutwell, and I am the founder of Helping Hearts Heal, a non-profit created in honor of my sister-in-law Brandy Breedlove Hearn. In September Brandy was taken from us way too soon,leaving behind 2 beautiful children and a family still struggling with the grief of her loss.Brandy's memory,her kindness and her loving spirit are the inspiration behind this nonprofit It's a place for those who are grieving, for families navigating the effects of Complex PTSD (CPTSD). Our mission is to create a space of healing and support for those affected by grief, trauma and the long journey to recovery.
