Helping Emergency Response Officers & Students (HERO&S) Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization enriching the lives of our local youth and civil service members to keep fit and live a healthy lifestyle.HERO&S promotes public health and awareness with their free fitness training sessions available to our active first responders and hosting fitness and nutrition seminars offered to our local youth and their familes. Ultimatley we want everyone to Be Strong, Stay Fit, and Live Well.
