Hiatus Wellness a private practice counseling office in San Marcos, TX. We provide wellness services to include therapy, retreats and yoga. We have been providing private therapy since 2017, organizing private retreats since 2018, and yoga classes beginning in 2020.This event page provides information on our retreats, workshops and yoga classes. We have seen the power in hearing others' stories and seeing that we are not alone. Having a group experience can sound intimidating, but having a collective experience can be quite powerful and can create a sense of authentic belonging that is hard to find in today's world.Hiatus Retreats was formed to help adults carve out time for stillness because they are burned out and overwhelmed, and have a hard time not being busy. We have organized retreats, workshops, and yoga classes that will help you learn, rest and recharge.We are excited about the the opportunity to gather with you and provide a setting where you can take up space.
