We are the Hidalgo-Starr Chapter of The Ex-Students' Association of The University of Texas [Texas Exes]. The Texas ExesHidalgo-StarrChapter core purpose is to be an independent voice that champions the University, and to organize alumni and friends in the Austin area to change the world. Our vision is to (1) advocate for UT [praise, promote, protect], (2) engage alumni through fun and serious-minded content, and (3) develop student relationships via recruitment and raising scholarships for talented Hidalgo and Starr County area high school students to attend The University of Texas at Austin for years to come.The Texas Exes Hidalgo-Starr Chapter is composed entirely of volunteers.
