Higher Ground Yoga

Higher Ground Recovery & Yoga’s mission is to create a vibrant yoga community where everyone can feel connected and grow in their yoga practice.Higher Ground Recovery & Yoga operates a community-based Yoga Studio located in Aston, PA as well as provides trauma-sensitive recovery yoga classes at over a dozen facilities in the Philadelphia region. Higher Ground is an LLC whose activities are funded through a combination of program fees, Studio revenue, and donations to support the continuation of all classes, Studio events and workshops, recovery yoga programming, and training. We are a team of yoga professionals who are highly trained and committed to our mission and sharing the yoga practice with others.
