Highland Community College Viticulture and Enology

Highland Community College's Viticulture and Enology Program is the only program offering certificates in grape growing and winemaking in Kansas. Since 2010, HCC has offered coursework in growing grapes and making wine to nearly 200 students. Several of the students have opened a vineyard and/or winery business. The program also offers outreach support for existing businesses in the industry as well as doing research on new grape varietals and wines. All proceeds from this event support the education and research efforts of the HCC V&E program.
