Holly Grate

Through many years of buying, selling and relocating as the wife of a pastor, Holly has experienced all of the highs and lows that come with purchasing a home. This intimate knowledge led her to getting her license in real estate in 2014. Holly was born and bred in beautiful West Michigan and also spent many years in Northern Virginia. In 2023, Holly and her family moved to gorgeous Venice FL and are loving life on the Southwest Gulf Coast. As an experienced musician and piano teacher, Holly spends her spare time leading worship at a local church with her husband Jason, but their greatest joy in life has been raising their three grown children!
