HOPE - Helping Other Parents Everywhere

HOPE is a growing network of peer support groups for parents concerned about their teen or adult child. HOPE offers peer support, information, and resources in a welcoming, inclusive, non-judgmental environment. We offer strategies that improve parents' well-being, nurture healthy parent-child relationships, and foster resilience, resourcefulness, and prosocial behaviours in young people.
