Hospice Fredericton is a non-profit organization focused on a mission of achieving excellence in end-of-life care and bereavement support. Although perhaps best known for Hospice House, a 10-bed residential facility offering hospice palliative care to patients navigating end-of-life and their families, Hospice Fredericton also offers community-based support services to palliative patients and families, including a Day Hospice Program, as well as grief and bereavement support and programming to all residents of Fredericton and surrounding areas. Our dedicated team of professionals and volunteers works to ensure community members are supported through end-of-life, grief, and bereavement via person-centered care that is grounded in dignity and compassion.
