The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) establishment, ICAR-Indian Institute of Horticultural Research (ICAR-IIHR), based at Hesaraghatta Lake Post, Bengaluru, is a leading research institute dedicated to the advancement of horticulture in India. With two regional stations and two Krishi Vigyan Kendras, ICAR-IIHR focuses on innovative research in fruits, vegetables, ornamental crops, medicinal plants, and mushrooms.
