Tuesdays 7-8pm from 3rd June to 29th July 2025.About the teacher:Initially trained in France, Florence has performed professionally in both classical ballet and contemporary dance. She has a particular interest in techniques that use gravity and breath to achieve dynamic movement that feels natural and brings joy. She believes that dance is the perfect form of exercise: challenging body and mind in so many ways (strength, balance, stamina, flexibility, coordination, memorisation) while having so much fun you wouldn't notice!
