Inclusive Change at Work CIC is a social enterprise committed to building equitable and inclusive workplaces where everyone, including neurodiverse and disabled individuals, can thrive. We believe diversity is a powerful asset and work with organisations to embed inclusion at every level.Through our dedicated support agency, we provide Access to Work and JobAide services, helping individuals and employers navigate workplace adjustments effectively. Alongside this, we deliver engaging training sessions, keynote talks, and practical workshops designed to address barriers, challenge biases, and foster understanding.Join us in creating workplaces where all voices are valued, and everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
