Dounia is a passionate Bharatanatyam dancer dedicated to sharing the richness and elegance of Indian classical and contemporary dances. Her performances and choreographies are a tribute to tradition while reflecting her unique artistic identity, with a deep connection to rhythm and storytelling. Dounia created the Indian Dance Lab in Liège (2020), a space to express, to discover and to share the timeless beauty and spiritual depth of the Indian dance forms.Dounia est une danseuse passionnée de Bharatanatyam, qui oeuvre à la transmission de la richesse et de l’élégance des danses indiennes classiques et contemporaines. Ses performances et ses chorégraphies rendent hommage à la tradition tout en reflétant son identité artistique unique, avec une profonde connexion au rythme et à la narration. En 2020, elle a créé l’Indian Dance Lab à Liège, un espace d’expression, de découverte et de partage, mettant en lumière la beauté intemporelle et la profondeur spirituelle des danses indiennes.
