The Indigenous Resurgence Project (IRP) is an Indigenous-led initiative based in Kamloops, BC, rooted in community, creativity, and connection. Our mission is to support, uplift, and empower Indigenous artists and community members by providing access to meaningful opportunities for connection, self-expression, and skill development.At the heart of our work is a commitment to resurgence—reclaiming Indigenous spaces, voices, and traditions in ways that are accessible, inclusive, and grounded in community. We organize a range of events and workshops that center on bringing people together, whether it's through art, socialization, or celebration. Through our programming, we aim to create safe and welcoming spaces where Indigenous people of all ages can gather, learn, create, and thrive together.
