I love to share my passion for Qi Gong and Breathwork, both practices have radically changed my life and my mission is to liberate people one breath at a time. My classes bring an opportunity for you to press pause on your busy life and let go of your busy mind. We bring the attention to the breath and guide our awareness gently into the wisdom of the body. Many cultures acknowledge the wisdom of the whole body and consider that we have 3 brains; The abdomen (Gut Instinct, creative energy), The heart (Compassion, emotional centre ) and the brain (intelligence, spiritual insight). Once we allow ourselves to connect with the breath and quieten our mind we harmonise with out heart, and if we develop the sensitivity to listen we can hear our calling. The Soma breath practice is a beautiful way to do this, it provides an opportunity to harmonise our heart beat to our breath when we breathe in beats and the breath holds are a unique opportunity to recalibrate our mind and body, unlocking healing from within. I hope that after a session everyone leaves with something they can use to benefit their everyday life.
