Welcome to Investor Lab!In 2014, we launched this community to change the way people think and interact around real estate investing. Originally known as the Rarebird Investor Network, our group has grown from a handful of scrappy investors meeting to talk deals in bar basements to an extensive network of novice and experienced investors, sharing tips and lending support.In early 2020, we relaunched the brand as Investor Lab to reflect the direction our network is heading.
