Passionate about parenting, heart communication, poetry, self expression and dedicated to conscious practices for healing, self awareness and embodiment.Emily is a young resourceful mama with and ancient soul, professional Post-partum Doula with a strong calling in honoring and protecting motherhood. Her passion for getting deeper in her spiritual practice and embodying authenticity while parenting led her to sitting in circle and gathering with fellow mamas.We both deeply and highly value the importance of building community and showing up for this sacred rol.
