The Isabella Bank Institute for Entrepreneurship (IBIE) is dedicated to supporting CMU students in their entrepreneurial journey. The IBIE promotes an entrepreneurial mindset, innovation, creative collaborations, and venture creation for students and the greater Central Michigan University community. The core pillars of the IBIE include innovative programming, cross-campus and ecosystem collaboration, and a comprehensive mentoring program that connects students, faculty, and the greater ecosystem. Some student opportunities include the marquee New Venture Challenge, workshops, speaker series, mentoring, and our new community space for ideating, creating, and making: IDEA Den.
