“PASS ON THE LESSONS ONLY EXPERIENCE CAN TEACH.”I started boxing in 2017 at UFC in the Bay and continued to grow my skills at Victor2Guns Boxing in Red Bluff. In 2020, I became a certified USA Boxing Coach and have since dedicated myself to helping others through boxing. I founded the Youth & Women Project under Shasta Boxing Club, and created Boxing 101 - Starter Pack, a beginner-friendly program proving that boxing is for everyone.Now, through emPOWERher, I’m creating a safe, uplifting space for women to learn self-defense, grow stronger, and discover their inner power; all in an encouraging and professional environment.
