As a Canadian certified psychotherapist and an English language educator, my career spans over 30 years across multiple disciplines. I hold a master's degree in Counseling Psychology, complemented by a rich background in Recreation and Physical Education. This diverse experience has refined my expertise in addressing complex relationship dynamics and enhancing self-worth. I champion a holistic approach to well-being, uniting rigorous academic knowledge with practical insights from decades of teaching and counseling.
