I'm a Women's Workshop facilitator running Holistic Wellbeing events predominantly in the Gloucester area. My MISSION is to provide you with some of the everyday tools and techniques that will enable you to practice HOLISTIC self care.In addition to hosting full morning Workshops at a weekend (various dates throughout the year), I also run a midweek Holistic Creative Writing Circle in a Coffee Shop setting.I hold a Cognitive based Mindfulness Coaching Diploma, a Steps for Success Coaching Diploma and I'm Reiki Level 1 attuned and trained. I'm currently studying a Crystal Healing Diploma. I've also attended Online training for hosting Women's Circles and also Goal Mapping.
