Jay Moton

Jay’s genuine intention to bring a deeper sense of awareness and authentic inner union to others has shaped his path as a teacher, speaker, healer and guide. His transformational meditation, breath work and kundalini yoga classes and workshops aim to unlock the higher frequencies needed for ones heart opening and ascension process.Being a trans man who transitioned over 22 years ago, Jay is now also embracing his visibility, voice and diversity by guiding other males and male identified people into feeling seen, whole and supported.  He has teamed up with organizer, educator and artist Rocco Kayiatos offering a safe space to unpack outdated gender norms within the umbrella of “The Intentional Man Project”. On this platform he teaches and co-facilitates mens groups, and workshops.
