I'm a Registered Massage Therapist, Fitness Leader with The b. class, and Freelance Yoga Teacher of Zen Place Yoga.I love to collaborate! I often team up with other gyms and studios in my community to put on special combo classes, events and fundraisers. I teach classes at many youth athletic camps, dry land training, team building and adult work wellness activities.Community is very important to me, and love giving back. I am a volunteer organizer for the Stettler Community Health & Wellness Summit, and often vollunteer to help coach, fundraise and work at different community events and organizations.Health and Wellness Promotion is a passion of mine. I believe everyone should have access to healthy physical and mental activities. I also think fitness should be fun! I love to move to music as it helps me gain confidence to be my authentic self. I am here to perhaps offer a shift of perspective, empower you to follow your dreams and find meaningful, joyful and peaceful moments along the way.
