Jenifer Rune

Hi, I'm Jenifer Rune, an ANFT-certified forest therapy guide, environmental educator, and MSW student with a passion for nature connection, conservation, and wellness. I believe in a reciprocal relationship with the natural world—receiving it's benefits while seeing it as a living environment we engage with, care for, and learn from. I offer guided forest bathing walks that invite participants to slow down, engage their senses, and deepen their relationship with nature. Rooted in mindfulness and inspired by the Japanese practice ofShinrin-yoku, these walks provide a space for reflection and healing, while nurturing a sense of belonging and connection to ourselves, nature, and others. All are welcome.
