Hi there!I'm Jesse Bell. As a young adult, I faced a life-changing diagnosis: Congestive Heart Failure. For over a decade, I navigated the challenges of living with this chronic illness until receiving a heart transplant in January 2022.With firsthand experience of the hardships and triumphs associated with chronic illness and the journey of a heart transplant, I decided to turn this personal battle into a mission to help others. That's how the Bell of Hearts Foundation was born.The Bell of Hearts Foundation is dedicated to educating and assisting individuals affected by heart failure and heart transplants. This initiative is my heartfelt way of giving back to a community that has provided unwavering support throughout my journey.I invite you to join me in our mission to make a difference.
