Hosted by Jo MylesCertified Practitioner with a Diploma in Sound Therapy, 300 hour qualified Ashtanga yoga teacher with further 100 hour training in Yin and Restorative Yoga, Reiki 2 and Transcendental Meditation.I have a passion for Chanting and Sound Healing using Gong, Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes The Ocean Drum and other sacred instruments.I have a passion for wellness through breath work, meditation, healing with sound, restorative yoga, chanting, energy work and sea swimming.I offer Sound Bath Events with Breath Work, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Chanting & Self Healing Techniques. Holding space for community and connection at the end.
