Joe Yonek

Hey there! I’m Joe, the founder of AcroCamp. I’m all about bringing joy and fun into the world of movement. I’ve been a certified AcroYogaMTL teacher and a 500-hour certified yoga instructor since 2011. Beyond yoga, my interests led me to explore Taoism, shamanism, different energy practices, and Thai bodywork.But that’s not all—I’m a bit of a spinning enthusiast. I’ve competed internationally in the Cyr Wheel, representing Team USA in the 2016 World Championships and grabbing second place in the 2017 USA Championships. For me, teaching is not just a job; it’s a passion. My classes are filled with laughter and joy, even as we take on new challenges. I believe in focusing on what makes us feel good because that’s where real growth happens.In my classes, expect a friendly and playful atmosphere. I’m here to push you a bit, encouraging you to go beyond what you think you can do. So, if you’re up for some movement exploration, pushing your limits, and having a good time, I’m excited to share the journey with you.
