Since 2014, JCAN, a Toronto-based not-for-profit charity, has beencommitted to enhancing the health and wellness of Black and underserved seniors across Canada. Our mission is to advance health equity through culturally relevant programs, services, and education that reduce social isolation, promote well-being, and build inclusive communities. With a passion for breaking barriers, we drive lasting solutions to social and healthcare challenges through grassroots initiatives and strategic partnerships.
