I help couples (re)connect through movement, breath, and the art of touch.As amassage therapist, bodyworker, and birth doula, I've supported couples during life's most powerful transitions. Through this work, I've seen howconscious connection- especially through nonverbal practices likemovement and touch- can buildtrust, enhanceemotional intimacy, and sparkshared pleasure. My workshops are rooted in presence, play, deep care for the body and highlighting thesacredness of sensuality.My mission is to share tools, techniques and tips to help you feel powerful in your own body and more connected to your partner.
