I am a professional intuitive and bioenergetic healer. I am also a writer. I explore the intersection of energy work and somatic work in expanding our capacity for sustainable creativity, connection and joy.My story is one of feisty empowerment resulting from the challenges of life. My passion for integrative healing was sparked by my experience with postpartum depression. What once threatened to overshadow my motherhood journey became the springboard to reclaim my creativity, my voice, self trust, confidence and the drive to reshape my life.Along the way, I delved into psychology, intuition, energy healing, and more, discovering powerful tools that guided me.
