Hi,I'm Katherine and I have been a passionate sourdough baker since 2018 and started my journey for the sheer love of sourdough (breads). Hence, I set on a mission to learn everything I could to bake the best and tastiest bread for my family and friends. Through practising and honing my skills and reading from many great bakers around, found the much needed insider tips to look for when baking your sourdough, so that it not only turns our delish, but looks amazing to the eyes also.I love to teach and meet like-minded people who are passionate about sourdough baking. It has been a wonderful journey to date I have met many wonderful people. I've had families join me for private events and it was a fantastic time spent together.I have a Facebook group - Wild Sourdough Workshops with close to 500 members and a page - Wild Artisan Sourdough with over 600 followers, and close to 580 likes.
