Katie Hoover has practiced yoga and meditation for nearly 30 years. She earned her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) Certificate from Samantha Shakti and Kenny Graham in 2013, then advanced, 500-hour, RYT from Jenn Prugh and theJoy of Yogatraining in 2016 atBreathe Together Yogain the San Francisco Bay area. She had her own practice of Insight Bodywork massage and has taught Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Yin Yoga for several years, all including elements of breathwork and meditation. Katie believes yoga and meditation help us understand our minds and bodies. Her aim is to teach and support students to be more present and compassionate with themselves with a hope that their practice will blossom to support self, family, and community in our daily lives.
