My yoga journey began while I was raising my children. I found the rest and relief I needed from stress and fatigue through a modality that fed my spirit and enlivened my body.I have been teaching for 15 + years with training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Prana Flow, Pilates, and an M.S. in Kinesiology. My teaching is informed by ancient teachings and current research. Kaya Mindful Movement is dedicated to spreading mindfulness practices through movement, breath work, and mindfulness meditation through teaching the practices and preparing teachers to guide others.
