HiyaMy name is Kaye and my passion is people engagement. I am totally fascinated by how people interact with one another and driven by a desire to see people in businesses use emotional intelligence to attract and build lasting relationships with others.I also believe in the power of bringing like minded people together to share experiences and learn from one another.That's why I created the Positive HR Forum. We are a group of HR professionals with a shared passion for employee wellbeing and engagement. We come together in a two hour forum meeting every other month to talk and learn about topics focused on improving the wellbeing of people in business.Alongside the forum I also run a company which helps businesses listen to their team members via bespoke employee surveys.
