Hello, my name is Kerry & I live in Beverley, East Yorkshire. I’m grateful to have my own art studio in the centre of Beverley (which I have been renovating from an old brick stable). Here I can hold workshops based around creative wellness, using art to calm your nervous system, make you laugh & give you a serotonin boost. Focusing on ‘wild creativity’ or process art i.e. enjoying the act of creating rather than the end product.Its not about being good at art, its about art being good for you :) I hope everyone attending my workshops leaves with a little bit more self belief x
