Kim E. Morgan, MAT, MA

Hey, there. I'm Kim. Sometime back in 2021 I decided to take those things that I practice every day into online teaching. For many years, I've practiced mindfulness, meditation and personal writing in times of uncertainty and times of abundant creativity in my life. I've seen so many people open up at in-person workshops that changed their lives that I've brought my program online. Workshops are my passion project that I love to share. I do this work because unexpected change sometimes brings unforeseen challenges. Through the years women and men of all ages have shared with me in private their stories, stories about their pursuit of happiness, often of unexpected life transitions. My story begins with being married for over forty years and raising two adult sons where I live and teach in beautiful North Idaho. I've taught at the university level. I have devoted my life's work to the pursuit of practical and positive living. It has been an extraordinary journey of discovery and learning. For me, it's all about restorying my life.
