Knaresborough Forest Park

We are a group of local volunteers, from town councillors, to horticulturalists, who are committed to protecting our green belt. As part of Long Lands common Limited, we have bought 60 acres of farmland between Knaresborough and Starbeck, which, when added to Long Lands Common, secures a wildlife corridor of nearly 100 acres between two towns. In the short term, our priority is to complete repayment of the bridging loan, acquired to complete the purchase. For detail view www.knaresboroughforest park.org
