Growing up in the Ballet world, I had early exposure to movement that was framed by extraordinary discipline, but I craved the freedom to move with greater purpose beyond a dance recital. When I came to Yoga at a young age, it laid the foundation to the conscious, meaningful life I had been seeking.Teaching since 2011, my experience includes hundreds of hours of training in Yoga (various lineages), classical Pilates & Barre.My teaching style is creative, musical & challenging. As a trainer in several modalities, I enjoy offering an alchemy of movement within every class I teach.
