Kyra White

Kyra is a speaker, writer, facilitator and multidimensional artist. Her life work has revolved around exploring her shadows to step out of people-pleasing patterns and embark on her worthiness journey by uncovering and loving the hidden parts of the psyche that have been suppressed and rejected, and she holds a deep passion for liberating the same in others. She leans on the wisdom of a variety of expressive art modalities to evoke transformation and blends her trauma-informed lens and understanding of the nervous system with a playful curiosity to explore more edgy and taboo topics. For the last 3 years, she has been offering Rage Ceremonies in her community and at retreats, and through her strong belief in each individual's natural healing intelligence, she shows up as a powerful channel, facilitator, and leader.
