I'm La, a certified yoga instructor (RYT 500) and owner of The Salt Sanctuary of Maryland. While corporate communications for global organizations has been my career, inner communications through yoga is my calling. You can find me teaching yoga in-person at the Salt Sanctuary of Maryland, Life Time Columbia, Rolling Brook Yoga, corporate events, and wherever you are online at Namastone Yoga. My worldview has been shaped traveling North America, South America, the United Kingdom, and Africa. These experiences unite on my yoga mat where breathing, poses, and mindfulness meet.​
