Lacey Girls Softball League, Inc.

Lacey Girls Softball League provides both recreational play and tournament league competition (Lacey Phoenix Travel Team) for local girls in Lacey Township and the surrounding local communities. This all-volunteer league has been created to foster a nurturing environment to instill a true love of the game.  Our coaching philosophy goes beyond teaching for just the season. We want to equip players with a solid foundation for future success onandoff the field. By committing to play competitive softball, our players develop critical life skills like discipline, time management, and prioritization. All players are responsible for participating in player-driven fundraising to reinforce the value of setting goals and working hard to achieve them. The player-driven fundraisers are designed to build their confidence in communications while introducing them to economic concepts as well. In addition, our league assists other charities throughout the yearwith local food drivesand the league also offers an annualcollege scholarshipas well.
