I am a Certified Reiki Master Teacher and Sound Therapy Practitioner. I have a Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling and I have experience working with people who have Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and Mental Illnesses. I am a vessel that God placed on this earth to help others heal. I used to suffer from anxiety, but practicing Buddhism and Meditation helped me manage it in the most natural way. Reiki, Sound Baths and Meditation will bring feelings to the surface, which can help with trauma, stress, depression, insomnia, mental clarity and even pain management. Reiki Practitioners do work in conjunction with Psychologist, Psychiatrist and other licensed providers. It is very important to continue any medical treatment and not just rely on Reiki.
