Join me for my Sound Bath series as I intentionally craft a nurturing, pillow of sound to hold you in deep rest and relaxationI have been facilitating Sound Baths for 3 years at private events and festivals and studied with BAST as a Voice and Sound Arts Facilitator.Sound Healing is an ancient tool to soothe and bring harmony to the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Our relationship to sound is primal and intrinsic!I'm inspired by ancient implications of sound in traditional Shamanic ceremonies from around the world, Celtic grief ceremony, folk culture and current scientific research on the impact of sound on mental and physical health.I explore sound as a portal to other states of consciousness. Beyond logic and reason, into the depths of the intangible, formless and vulnerable.
