My name is Chantel and l've been enamoured with perfume and fragrance for as long as I can remember.I've always wanted to have a type of experience with my friends where we could create our own custom perfume- sample all of the notes, decide our favourites, and make our own custom unique fragrances.So l created Le Ciel Parfum and put my own twist on it: we come to you - in person, or online, and make the process easy and fun.
