Hi, my name is Mary Bobowiec and I own Let it Shine Counseling (Gainesville, FL). I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a certified facilitator of Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY-F). My passion is helping people heal from the enduring effects of complex trauma and life’s other challenges.I facilitate online and in-person groups for trauma survivors, mostly using mindful movement or trauma sensitive yoga to aid in the healing process.
