Liam is a foraging teacher based in North Dorset, with a passion for wild food and drink. Each foraging walk is unique, responding to the plants and fungi which are in season at the time. He has a particular interest in hedgerow plants, mushrooms, herbal medicine, mindfulness and sustainability. Liam is a keen cook, baker and homebrewer and his wild-flavoured drinks and snacks are a highlight of his walks. Proud to be a member of the Association of Foragers.
